Job Title:

Automation Pega Tester - Campaign Quality Specialist

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Automation Pega Tester. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining test documentation, preparing and executing relevant test cases, and collaborating with the development team to identify root causes of defects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test completion reports
  • Design and execute API testing using POSTMAN, leveraging expertise in API design and testing methodologies
  • Contribute to the development of automated tests using C# and maintain automation code on GIT, ensuring seamless integration with other teams
  • Participate in integration testing, end-to-end regression testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and conduct independent testing as required
  • Collaborate closely with campaign managers and stakeholders to ensure timely release and management of campaigns from a quality and accuracy perspective
  • Develop strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence outcomes in a fast-paced collaborative culture
  • Assist in resolving escalated campaign quality issues and contribute to the refinement of QA guidelines and standards leading to improved campaign quality

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in QA roles that leverage PEGA/CCM or equivalent technology to deliver high-quality data-driven communications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and thoroughness in work
