Senior Campaign Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Campaign Specialist to join our team and help us deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized and relevant multi-channel communications.

This role will involve managing the setup and configuration of data-driven campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and conversion. The ideal candidate will have experience working with ESP platforms, such as Iterable, and be proficient in analyzing and reporting on A/B tests.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for overseeing campaigns from creation to execution, including analysis and reporting. They will work closely with stakeholders to ensure workloads and deadlines are managed efficiently.

To succeed in this role, you will need at least 2 years of experience in a CRM or marketing role, with a strong focus on analytical skills and previous experience reporting on A/B tests. You will also need hands-on experience in delivering CRM campaigns and/or automation, including dynamic content and personalization.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to demonstrate strong organization and prioritization skills, as well as a proactive and go-getting attitude. You will be working as part of a talented team of over 250 dedicated individuals, committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring that our customers are satisfied every step of the way.
