As a Senior AI Expert, you will lead the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI models. Combining deep technical expertise in traditional ML, data science, and deep learning, this role emphasizes comprehensive technical skills and strategic oversight.

 

The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Julia, with experience in building, fine-tuning, and optimizing machine learning and deep learning models. You will also stay current with state-of-the-art AI research, translating complex theoretical knowledge into practical, impactful business applications.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building scalable, production-grade solutions across multiple domains (NLP, Vision, Audio)
  • Developing sophisticated deployment strategies and robust monitoring frameworks
  • Partnering closely with data engineers, AI solutions engineers, software developers, and business leaders to align technical decisions with strategic business outcomes

 

Guiding junior engineers and promoting high engineering standards, best practices, and continuous learning within the team is also an important aspect of this role. Clearly documenting and communicating complex technical solutions, methodologies, and results to stakeholders across the organization is essential.
