We are seeking a seasoned data science leader to unlock valuable insights from raw data and drive business growth.

  • This is a senior role that requires a strong foundation in statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning frameworks.
  • The ideal candidate will have exceptional problem-solving skills, advanced knowledge of programming languages like Python, R, C, or C++, and experience in building models using these languages.
  • As a data science leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of data scientists, planning projects, and building advanced analytics models to create scalable solutions addressing business challenges across industries.
  • You will identify, develop, and implement suitable statistical techniques, algorithms, and deep learning/ML models to create solutions addressing business challenges.
  • You will effectively communicate your findings to various teams through visualizations and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  • You will apply statistical ideas and methods to data sets to address business problems and analyze data to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques, and business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of data scientists and lead them to achieve business goals.
  • Develop and maintain advanced analytics models and tools.
  • Analyze data to drive business decisions and optimize processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions.
  • Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's/PhD degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Machine Learning, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related technical fields.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a related position as a data scientist or business analyst, developing computer vision, NLP, and predictive analytics solutions for various business problems.
  • Advanced knowledge of statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch.
  • Programming background and expertise in building models using Python, R, C, or C++.
  • Strong individual planning and project management skills, able to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Self-motivated and driven to deliver agreed results on-time.
  • Ability to convert analytical output into clear, concise, and persuasive insights & recommendations for technical & non-technical audiences.
