Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in supporting enterprise data platform operations.

This involves process improvement, cloud cost management, automation, and infrastructure support. You will analyze workflows and processes to identify optimization opportunities and drive business growth.

  • Design and implement key performance indicators, dashboards, and reports to provide leadership insights and inform strategic decisions.
  • Support financial operations initiatives by optimizing cloud costs and managing vendor relationships.
  • Contribute to infrastructure operations, resiliency planning, and automation efforts.
  • Lifecycle manage IT platform products, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and cloud operations, preferably in the utilities/energy industry.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python or R programming languages.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud and FinOps practices.
  • Strong skills in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Quicksight.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring, infrastructure as code, and continuous integration/continuous deployment analytics.
