Tax Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Tax Consultant to lead our tax practice, focusing on domestic and international taxation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compliance & Advisory: Manage ITRs for Individuals, corporates, and LLPs/Firms; Provide tax planning and structuring advice under Income Tax Act; Analyze implications of amendments and case laws; Handle tax audits, TDS reviews, and advance tax computations.
  • International Tax & Transfer Pricing: Handle Form 15CA/CB, foreign remittances, and FEMA-tax overlap; Research on cross-border transactions & DTAA.
  • Litigation & Representation: Draft replies to notices, scrutiny assessments, and appeals.
  • Practice Management & Team Leadership: Manage a team of tax professionals; Ensure timely and high-quality deliverables; Support business development and client relationship management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Good understanding of Indian Income Tax Act.
  • Strong analytical, drafting, and research skills.
  • Leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
  • Proficient with IT portal, TDS utilities, and accounting software.
