Your Responsibilities
You will work closely with product managers to define key metrics and KPIs to track product performance. You will also conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product enhancements. Additionally, you will develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor product performance and communicate insights to stakeholders. Furthermore, you will collaborate with engineering and design teams to prioritize product features and enhancements based on data-driven insights and user feedback. Lastly, you will conduct A/B tests and experiments to evaluate the impact of product changes on key metrics and drive iterative improvements.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker is a plus. You will also need hands-on experience in Python. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw actionable insights from complex datasets are essential. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field is required, with an advanced degree preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary, along with a self-starter mentality and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
