Role & Responsibility

In this pivotal Marine Integrity role, you will be part of a team that ensures the structural integrity of marine assets.

  • Contribute to marine assurance activities, encompassing mooring and turret systems, ROV inspections, operational risk assessments, and marine equipment assurance workflows.
  • Engage with Class societies and business units to drive marine integrity management processes.
  • Develop structural inspection work scopes in accordance with Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) methodologies and classification regulatory requirements across multiple assets.
  • Identify hazards from site inspections and class survey reports, perform risk assessments, and support planning of health checks and execution activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture, Ocean Engineering, Offshore Engineering, or Marine Engineering, with 10-15 years of experience in in-service or ship hull survey and inspection-related activities.
  • Design and operation knowledge of FPSO's, FSO, SPAR, TLP, CALMBUOY.
  • Familiarity with marine system design, installation, and operations.
  • Hands-on experience in ship hull design and construction, structural integrity, mooring design, and stability of hull.
  • Good understanding of damage mechanisms affecting hulls and mooring systems and risk assessment processes.
  • Familiarity with classification rules (ABS, DNV, BV, etc.) and international codes and standards.
  • Knowledge of inspection types and NDE techniques.
  • Understanding of RBI philosophy and its applicability for floating structures.
  • Marine integrity management process knowledge.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.
