Job Profile Overview

This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a background in ceramic engineering or related field, looking to take on new challenges in refractory design and materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop innovative refractory lining systems based on project requirements, technical specifications, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Prepare detailed engineering drawings to facilitate communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide expert technical support during installation phases to guarantee compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections, quality control, and testing of refractory materials and installations to ensure safety and effectiveness.
  • Maintain expertise by staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in refractory design and materials.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Ceramic Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of materials, including strength and properties, as well as design engineering principles.
  • Be proficient in CAD software for design and drafting, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Creo.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail to ensure accurate results.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment to foster collaboration.
