API Integration and Optimisation Professional

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading End-to-End API Integrations with New and Existing Partners to Ensure Performance, Reliability, and Scalability.
  • Collaborating with Internal Teams to Support Integration Processes Across All Phases.
  • Defining, Documenting, and Communicating Integration Requirements Clearly.
  • Maintaining and Enhancing Integration Roadmaps for Key Clients and Suppliers.
  • Monitoring and Assessing Integration Performance, Identifying Areas for Improvement and Leading Optimisation Efforts.
  • Managing Project Timelines, Deliverables, and Stakeholder Communications Using Tools Like ClickUp and Jira.
  • Providing Post-Integration Support, Including Troubleshooting and Continuous Improvement Recommendations.

Requirements Include:

  • Minimum of 3 Years' Experience Delivering End-to-End API Integrations.
  • Strong Experience Working with API-Based Systems and Understanding of REST/JSON/XML Protocols.
  • Solid Grasp of Project Management Principles and Proficiency with Tools Like Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or Similar.
  • Demonstrated Ability to Manage Multiple Simultaneous Integrations and Prioritise Effectively.
  • Excellent Communication Skills—Both Written and Verbal—in English.
