About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished professional to spearhead infrastructure development initiatives within our Government & Infrastructure Advisory team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage extensive expertise in PPP transaction advisory assignments from conceptualisation to financial closure, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Develop and review meticulous financial models for infrastructure projects, factoring in diverse variables and potential risks.
  • Provide strategic counsel on PPP structuring, procurement strategy, bid process management, and concession agreements to optimize outcomes.
  • Navigate stakeholder engagement with government agencies, investors, and lenders to ensure cohesive collaboration and effective communication.
  • Prepare RfQ, RfP, concession agreements, and evaluation reports that encapsulate comprehensive insights and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Possess a master's degree in finance or a related field (CA/CFA/PGDM).
  • Hold at least 10 years of relevant experience in PPP transaction advisory, showcasing exceptional financial modelling prowess.
  • Demonstrate prior experience working with government clients, multilateral agencies, and large-scale infrastructure projects.

  • Exhibit in-depth knowledge of PPP policies, MCA guidelines, and sectoral regulations.
  • Display strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, ensuring deliverables meet the highest standards.
