Job Description">

Branch Operations Executive

  • Coordinate with leaders for scheduling office visits to facilitate seamless branch connections.
  • Liaise with designated SPOCs to ensure efficient leadership visits execution.
  • Engage with the designated SPOC for the compiled list of queries raised during leadership connect sessions.

Issue Tracking and Resolution

  • Analyze issues and assign them to respective departments for resolution.
  • Connect with query raisers to understand their concerns whenever necessary.
  • Review and closure of issue responses with field employees.
  • Assess the responses received from functional departments.
  • Validate the resolutions and ensure they are appropriate for communication back to field employees for issue closure.

Dashboards and Communication

  • Provide weekly dashboards for leaders and functional SPOCs, updating them on status of issues and key insights.
  • Share monthly communications with the field on resolved issues.
  • Conduct monthly reviews with COO/Leaders.
  • Prepare presentations and other materials as needed for review meetings.

Structural Solutions and Project Management

  • Analyze employee-identified issues to identify those requiring structural solutions.
  • Track implementation progress and gather feedback post-implementation to ensure effectiveness.
  • Manage ad-hoc business-driven projects governed by the COO office.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Strong understanding of insurance operations and business.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex programs and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • B.E/B.Tech/Graduate/Post Graduate from a reputable college.
  • 5+ years of experience with business knowledge of the insurance industry.
