Orientation and Development Expert

This is a challenging role that requires the ability to design and deliver comprehensive orientation programs for new recruits, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-service education and training programs to enhance the skills of nursing staff. This will involve mentoring and supervising new recruits, providing constructive feedback and guidance.

The role also involves developing and implementing competency assessments to evaluate nursing staff performance. In addition, you will be responsible for designing and delivering quality improvement training programs to promote excellence in patient care.

Organizing and conducting online refresher training sessions is also an important aspect of this role, as is maintaining accurate records of participation and completion.

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential in this role, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will be working closely with nursing staff, patients, and other healthcare professionals.
