As a Reporting and Training Executive, you'll be responsible for creating reports, training security guards, and ensuring their timely arrival at designated sites. Your primary focus will be on maintaining high-quality reporting and training standards. *Key Responsibilities:* 1. *Report Creation:* Prepare and submit accurate reports in a timely manner. 2. *Guard Training:* Conduct training sessions for security guards to enhance their skills and knowledge. 3. *Guard Communication:* Regularly call security guards to ensure they're aware of their schedules and duties. 4. *Timely Arrival:* Verify that security guards arrive at designated sites on time. 5. *Problem Resolution:* Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by security guards or clients. 6. *International Communication:* Interact with clients and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds, including Canadian clients, requiring excellent communication skills in English. *Requirements:* 1. *Experience:* Prior experience in reporting, training, or security operations is preferred. 2. *Excellent Communication:* Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures. 3. *Organizational:* Strong organizational and time management skills. 4. *Attention to Detail:* Ability to maintain accurate records and reports. *What We Offer:* 1. *Competitive Salary:* A competitive salary package with benefits. 2. *Career Growth:* Opportunities for professional growth and development. 3. *Dynamic Environment:* A fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
