Job Title: IT Project Coordinator

 

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Coordinator to join our team. As an IT Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding customer expectations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including technical staff, sales teams, and customers.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and resolving issues promptly.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to project managers, including data entry, document management, and scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

 

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT project coordination or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello.

Personal Qualities:

  • Proactive and self-motivated individual who takes initiative.
  • Results-driven and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
