Field Officer Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Filling and verifying insurance application forms, claim forms, and other related documents is a crucial task for efficient claims processing.
  • Regular hospital visits are required to assist patients in filling up insurance forms for pharmaceutical clients. Maintaining accurate records of all data collected is essential for seamless processing.
  • We verify and cross-check client information for correctness and completeness to ensure smooth transactional outcomes.
  • The role involves collecting and organizing required supporting documents from clients efficiently to meet productivity targets.
  • Maintaining records of submitted forms and tracking their status is vital to the process.
  • Clients, agents, or the insurance company need to be coordinated with to resolve discrepancies or missing information promptly to avoid delays.
  • We ensure that all forms are completed as per insurance company requirements and regulatory guidelines to maintain compliance.
  • Data entry and updating client information in the company database/CRM require assistance from time to time to support business operations.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive client information is a top priority due to the high level of data security required.
  • Daily/weekly productivity and accuracy targets need to be met consistently to achieve business goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Graduates with prior experience in insurance, data entry, or form processing have an advantage in terms of job performance.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are must-haves for this role to ensure quality work.
  • Effective communication skills (verbal & written) in English and local languages are necessary to interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and MS Office is expected to perform daily tasks efficiently.
  • Handling confidential information with integrity is essential to build trust with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are required to excel in this position and meet deadlines.
