Job Title: Business Analyst

This is a challenging role that requires analytical skills to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Support senior executives by helping them navigate complex challenges, make informed decisions and achieve their goals.
  • Analyse data, prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with TPSPs to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance service quality.
  • Provide assurance of TPSP-operated controls and produce evidence materials for service management activities.
  • Manage changes to TPSP contracts through the change governance process.
  • Track assets and IP made available to TPSPs and agree inventory regularly.
  • Report software usage to supplier manager for licence management purposes.

Requirements:

  • Essential Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated analytical skills.
  • Expertise at MS Office applications like Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Understanding of financial markets and products.
  • Desirable Skillsets/ Good To Have:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Location: This role will be based out of Candor TechSpace, Noida.
