Job Title: Operational Excellence Data Analyst

This role supports the Operational Excellence Lead in identifying and prioritizing opportunities for improvement, designing and implementing solutions, and monitoring and evaluating results. We are seeking a detail-oriented data analyst to collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources to foster a culture of data-driven decision making and continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and validate data from various sources and teams to gather industry best practices, functional teams within the organization.
  • Data Visualization and Reporting: Create and present data visualizations, dashboards, and reports that communicate key findings and trends to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional leads and stakeholders to understand their data needs, challenges, and goals, and provide data-driven solutions and recommendations.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, operations research, business analytics, or related field.
  • Experience: At least two years of experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting, preferably in an operations or business context.
  • Skill Set: Proficient in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, R, or Python.
