  • Job Description:
  • We're seeking a skilled motion graphics designer/animator to elevate our brand's visual identity and storytelling capabilities.

We are looking for an individual who can craft engaging animations that capture the essence of our brand and resonate with our audience.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft compelling motion-driven visuals for UI animations, explainers, campaigns, social content, and product videos.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align storytelling, visual tone, and brand consistency.
  • Develop storyboards, animatics, and style frames to visualize motion concepts before execution.
  • Execute and refine animations using industry-standard tools (e.g., After Effects, Illustrator, Rive), ensuring quality from concept to final render.
  • Stay updated on motion design trends, tools, and techniques to continually enrich visual craftsmanship.

Requirements:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Animation, Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • Experience:
  • 5+ years in motion graphics or related roles—preferably in technology, product, or agency environments.
  • Portfolio:
  • A strong reel or portfolio showcasing storytelling through UI, campaign, product, or explainer animations.

Tech Skills:

  • Software Proficiency: Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, RIve; bonus if experienced with Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya.
  • Design Foundations: Strong understanding of animation principles (timing, easing, anticipation), typography, color, layout, and motion design best practices.
