Automation Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned QA engineer to join our quality assurance team.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on automation experience, deep knowledge of Salesforce testing frameworks and familiarity with banking workflows supported by nCino.

You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and executing automated test strategies to ensure high-quality delivery of Salesforce + nCino solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Test Automation Frameworks: Develop and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with BAs, Developers, and Product Owners to review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Perform End-to-End Testing: Validate nCino modules including Loan Origination System (LOS), Credit Memo, Collateral, Covenant Tracking, Deposit Account Opening, and Workflow Automation.
  • Ensure Comprehensive Test Coverage: Validate Salesforce Lightning, APIs, and integrations with external systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Senior QA Experience: 9+ years of QA experience, with at least 4+ years in Salesforce QA and nCino projects.
  • nCino Expertise: Strong knowledge of nCino modules and banking workflows (Commercial Lending, Treasury, Retail Banking).
  • Salesforce Testing Frameworks: Hands-on experience with Salesforce testing frameworks (Selenium WebDriver, Provar, TestNG, JUnit, Apex testing, etc.).
  • API Testing: Experience in API testing (Postman, REST Assured, SOAP UI).
  • CI/CD Tools: Expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, or similar).

Preferred/Good-to-Have

  • Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, QA Automation-focused).
  • nCino Certification: nCino 201/301 certification.
  • Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Master's Degree: Master's degree preferred but not required.
