Job Description

  • The Planning and Budgeting Manager will oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and cost management processes for luxury residential projects. This is a key role in ensuring that our projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • This role demands a strategic thinker with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis within the luxury real estate sector. They must be able to assess project feasibility and profitability, prepare and present regular financial reports, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Budget Development & Management:
    • Lead the preparation and management of project budgets, ensuring alignment with project goals and financial constraints. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop accurate cost estimates and financial forecasts.
    • Monitor and control project expenditures, identifying and addressing variances promptly. Implement cost control measures to minimize expenses and maximize value.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis:
    • Conduct detailed financial analysis to assess project feasibility and profitability. Prepare and present regular financial reports, highlighting key metrics and variances.
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making. Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment on project goals and financial targets.
  • Cost Control & Optimization:
    • Implement cost control measures to minimize expenses and maximize value. Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising on quality or project timelines.
    • Oversee the procurement process, ensuring cost-effective sourcing of materials and services. Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
    • Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure financial objectives are met. Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
