Business Technology Implementation Specialist

This position requires a skilled professional to design, deploy and configure Workforce Optimization (WFO) platforms across various environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, build, deploy and configure WFO platforms in multiple environments including global data centers, private hosted cloud and on-premise locations.
- Utilize consultative skills to extract business requirements from clients.
- Possess a strong command of WFO technologies, server components, desktop applications and telephony integrations.
- Develop and review best practice implementation processes.
- Self-directed and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
- Participate in on-call rotation.
- Communicate project status to management and other stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Provide technical support for WFO implementation tasks, including server and operating system issues and network connectivity issues.
- Perform training for customers on WFO server maintenance and PC client loading.
- Implement application upgrades on WFO servers.
- Offer on-site and remote support for hardware and operating system problems.
