About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Campus Recruiter to lead our annual campus recruitment efforts. As a key component of our talent strategy, this role will play a pivotal part in our growth plans for the coming years.

This position is responsible for driving the entire campus recruitment process, from sourcing to selection, ensuring timely and quality hires. You will build and manage relationships with college placement teams, students, and internal stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in campus recruitment, with a track record of driving successful recruitment programs. They will possess strong organizational and execution skills, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and a passion for employer branding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the campus recruitment process, ensuring timely and quality hires.
  • Build and manage relationships with colleges, students, and internal stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.
  • Organize and execute engagement initiatives and branding programs across campuses to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align hiring needs and drive successful campus recruitment campaigns.
  • Secure Day 0 placement slots through strategic partnerships with educational institutions.
  • Ensure consistent reporting and documentation of campus hiring activities, maintaining accurate records and metrics.
Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
