Job Title: Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of complex transformation programs and working within agile multi-skilled teams to create world-class products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of complex transformation program development within data portfolio by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to elicit and analyze business change, functional and non-functional requirements across a range of stakeholders.
  • Perform metadata analysis, including naming logical entities and attributes, physical tables and columns, definitions, and appropriate data types and lengths.
  • Create and maintain high-quality data models that adhere to agreed standards and meet both business and technical requirements.
Requirements:
  • 4-10 years of experience in data analysis or modeling, with strong financial domain and data analysis skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of data modeling concepts, including conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and continuously changing environments, with a self-starter approach and problem-solving skills.
