This role offers the chance to gain exposure to global procurement processes and best practices. You will be responsible for assisting in the procurement process, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities:- Support procurement teams with day-to-day tasks and projects.
- Assist in sourcing and comparing quotations from suppliers.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and update systems accordingly.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely delivery of goods and services.
- A bachelor's degree in commerce, business administration, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
- Basic understanding of procurement or supply chain concepts is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa, or similar is desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are advantageous.
- Time management and ability to work under deadlines are crucial.
