About This Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Product Manager to lead complex digital functions and contribute to large-scale planning related to the execution of the digital strategy at Wells Fargo Bank.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or participate in various complex digital functions within the digital environment
  • Contribute to large-scale planning and execution of the digital strategy
  • Review and analyze complex content strategy, customer experience, analytics, research, or product management that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors
  • Independently resolve complex issues and lead teams to meet project deliverables
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Potentially lead projects, teams, or provide direction to junior staff on less complex digital initiatives


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of digital product management experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other businesses and functional areas
  • Proven track record of delivery in a matrix organization and understanding of building cross-functional partnerships
  • Ability to execute in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while balancing multiple priorities
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial services, preferably commercial or corporate banking
  • Strong understanding of business transformation, digital, information architecture, software build, design thinking, and service design techniques
  • Demonstrable experience engaging technology teams and other stakeholders to support important business decisions
  • Strong technical background, ability to lead technology feasibility conversations, and understanding of API request/response parameters
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the product management discipline and agile software delivery with experience across all facets of the product development lifecycle
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Delivery execution as a product manager including cross-functional team engagement
  • UX/UI specific features or websites or portals and familiarity with prototyping tools and frameworks
