Job Summary:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects on time. You will be the primary point of contact for clients and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand project drawings and identify design discrepancies and potential execution risks.
  • Validate and review work orders, bills of quantity, and drawings.
  • Create detailed project schedules highlighting interdependent tasks and ensuring timely completion.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and monitor remotely to maintain quality control.
  • Ensure all quality and timeline requirements are met, providing technical input and instructions to site supervisors.
  • Maintain accurate project trackers and share weekly progress reports with stakeholders.
  • Analyze data to identify performance bottlenecks, develop corrective solutions, and implement them.
  • Serve as the quality custodian, ensuring exceptional client experiences and adherence to checklists and work methods.
  • Collaborate with internal functions on key initiatives, build vendor relationships, and address concerns promptly.

Requirements:

  • Management Graduate or Construction Management from a reputable institution.
  • Strong Project Management background with 6+ years of experience.
  • Appreciation and understanding of site execution for home renovations.
  • Ability to assess design feasibility, visualize site conditions, and foresee execution risks.
  • Process-driven project management professionals with quick problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive and able to prioritize work effectively.
  • High level of ownership and learning aptitude.
  • Past experience in Project Management/Operations is essential.
  • Preferable if worked with Ops-focused startups.
  • Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets and possess strong data analysis skills.
