Senior Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled technical support specialist to provide comprehensive system support, with a focus on troubleshooting and integration capabilities.

  • Provide end-to-end support for treasury management systems
  • Maintain system integrity by ensuring accurate data configuration
  • Troubleshoot, fix, and author technical workflows including reports and action-based triggers
  • Identify and resolve interface issues with financial systems

This role requires a blend of technical expertise and analytical skills to maintain critical systems and provide exceptional support to business users.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support core treasury processes including cash forecasting and intercompany settlement
  • Configure and troubleshoot Cash Xplorer functionality
  • Apply strong database expertise to maintain system performance
Technical Expertise:
  • Author and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting
  • Apply working knowledge of the treasury data model to troubleshoot complex issues

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of treasury management systems and have excellent problem-solving skills.
