Senior Data Scientist Role

This high-impact position allows collaboration across cross-functional teams and direct contribution to product innovation.

- Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement machine learning models for various applications, including recommendation engines and natural language processing (NLP).
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research in AI/ML and evaluate new approaches for practical application.
  • Optimize model performance, scalability, and interpretability for production environments.
  • Contribute to the deployment of models into production environments using MLOps best practices.
  • Work with large-scale, real-time datasets to derive actionable insights and build data pipelines for ML training and evaluation.
  • Design and run experiments to validate hypotheses and improve products.
  • Work with large-scale datasets, ensuring data quality and scalability of solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's from a Tier 1 premier institute in a relevant field, or Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in machine learning or data science roles.
  • Proven expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and recommendation systems.
  • Hands-on experience deploying ML models in production at scale.
  • Experience in a product-focused or customer-facing domain such as Martech, Adtech, or B2B SaaS is a plus.

Desired Skills:

  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Strong understanding of statistical methods, predictive modeling, and algorithm design.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based solutions (AWS Sagemaker, GCP AI Platform, or similar).
