We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our IT demand-to-build process, ensuring seamless collaboration with vendors and internal teams.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the technical and functional build lead of our IT demands, including vendor management as necessary. They will work closely with business partners to deliver clear, defined user requirements and partner with vendor build teams to deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective solutions.

This role will provide leadership and guidance for business partners, business analysts, and vendor build leads within the demand and solutioning process. The individual will develop partnerships across the organization to ensure the highest level of clarity, consistency, granularity, and value in the Legacy ERP Tower solutioning process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the technical and functional build lead of IT demands
  • Partner with business partners to deliver clear, defined user requirements
  • Collaborate with vendor build teams to deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective solutions
  • Provide leadership and guidance for business partners, business analysts, and vendor build leads
  • Develop partnerships across the organization to ensure clarity, consistency, granularity, and value in the Legacy ERP Tower solutioning process

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience with PRMS ERP Systems
  • Demonstrated leadership responsibility of internal and external teams, as well as experience influencing senior-level management and stakeholders
  • Experience in medical device or other regulated industries preferred
  • 3 years of experience in project program delivery management
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
