We are seeking a highly skilled Educator to join our team as a content developer for our Italian to English language learning app.

The ideal candidate will have strong command of both Italian and English, experience in creating engaging educational content, and leadership skills necessary to mentor subject matter experts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Development: Design and develop high-quality educational content tailored to the needs of learners in the US market.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive curriculum.
  • Feedback and Analytics: Utilize feedback and data analytics to refine and optimize content for maximum engagement and effectiveness.
  • Staying Updated: Stay updated with the latest trends in language education to innovate and continuously improve our content offering.
Qualifications:
  • Linguistic Skills: Proficiency in Italian and strong English communication skills.
  • Content Experience: Proven track record of creating compelling educational content, preferably with experience working on language learning platforms.
  • Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in team collaboration and mentorship.
  • Curriculum Development: Strong understanding of curriculum development and educational content strategy.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to content creation and optimization.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
