As a Sr Performance Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth through data-driven marketing strategies.

  • Plan and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Planning and Optimization: Plan, create, implement, and optimize paid media campaigns on various platforms.
  2. Strategic Marketing: Develop comprehensive paid media strategies that align with business goals, target audience insights, and industry best practices.
  3. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance data using analytics tools, making data-driven adjustments to improve key metrics.
  4. Ad Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop impactful ad creatives, including copy and visuals that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven 2-3 years of experience in managing paid media campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze campaign performance data and extract actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and experience optimizing campaigns for conversions.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with other digital advertising platforms and tools is a plus.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, best practices, and industry standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
