  • A senior role that involves conducting research and providing advisory services to drive growth and market leadership of digital payments platforms and products.

About the Job

This is a strategic role that requires leading and developing research and advisory initiatives across various business segments, markets, etc. by analyzing market trends, preparing strategic reports while working closely with different stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have 15+ years of work experience in banking, financial or consulting advisory sector, preferably in digital payments. An MBA/Postgraduate in Business Management from a reputed institute would be an added advantage.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide expert guidance on policies, product strategy, and implementation for digital payment platforms.
  2. Analyze market trends and competitor benchmarks to advise on new initiatives.
  3. Represent the organization in high-level discussions, committees, and working groups.
  4. Lead, develop, and implement various research and advisory services across various business segments, markets, etc.
  5. Facilitate coordination between internal teams and external partners for seamless integration and rollout.
  6. Supervise and review ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  7. Drive cross-functional coordination for successful implementation of new systems or upgrades.
  8. Contribute to policy creation and updates to align with RBI norms and global best practices.
  9. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in the digital payments domain.
  10. Promote innovation within the organization by evaluating new technologies and their applicability.
  11. Prepare strategic reports, policy notes, and board-level presentations.
  12. Communicate insights, risks, and progress clearly to senior leadership and external partners.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• 15+ years of work experience in banking, financial or consulting advisory sector, preferably in digital payments.

• An MBA/Postgraduate in Business Management from a reputed institute.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
