Senior Ecommerce Operations Manager

The E-commerce Operations Executive plays a crucial role in managing distribution operations, ensuring accurate and efficient order processing, maintaining Order-Delivery KPIs, and managing escalations and GRN/RTV.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of incoming orders.
- Input order details into the order processing system or excel with precision.
- Monitor and track order status from entry to delivery and GRN discrepancies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize order processing and delivery processes.
- Respond promptly to emails and calls.
- Address quality-related concerns or deviations.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and related documents.
- Generate reports on order processing performance and share insights with management.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in order processing, e-commerce operations, or a similar role is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Excel / Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and order tracking tools.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication and crisp email writing.
