We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Interior Design Sales Consultant to join our team at Kaleidoscope Interiors and Property Management in Bangalore North, India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to drive sales.

As an Interior Design Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in building client relationships, converting leads into successful projects, and achieving sales targets. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients, including homeowners, architects, real estate agents, and businesses. Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and on-ground initiatives.
  • Sales Management: Conduct consultations to understand client needs, budgets, and preferences. Present and pitch interior design solutions tailored to client requirements. Prepare and negotiate quotations and close sales deals.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences. Provide insights to the team for improving sales strategies.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with designers, project managers, and other teams to ensure client satisfaction. Manage client expectations and address queries or concerns promptly.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project status. Regularly report sales performance and achievements to the management team.

**Qualifications & Skills:**

  • Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales (experience in the interiors, real estate, or home improvement industry is a plus).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
