Kaleidoscope Interiors and Property Management is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive - Interiors Industry.

The successful candidate will play a key role in building client relationships, converting leads into successful projects, and achieving sales targets. They will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential clients, generating leads through various channels, conducting consultations to understand client needs, and presenting interior design solutions tailored to client requirements.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a strong passion for interiors and design. They will be proficient in MS Office and CRM tools and have a willingness to travel locally for client meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition:

- Identify and approach potential clients, including homeowners, architects, real estate agents, and businesses.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and on-ground initiatives.

2. Sales Management:

- Conduct consultations to understand client needs, budgets, and preferences.
- Present and pitch interior design solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Prepare and negotiate quotations and close sales deals.

3. Market Research:

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
- Provide insights to the team for improving sales strategies.

4. Collaboration:

- Coordinate with designers, project managers, and other teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage client expectations and address queries or concerns promptly.

5. Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project status.
- Regularly report sales performance and achievements to the management team.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Education: Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales (experience in the interiors, real estate, or home improvement industry is a plus).
- Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships, Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
