Senior BIM Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BIM Coordinator to join our team. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

  • Execute the Building Information Modeling (BIM) implementation strategy on complex international projects
  • Provide Central Data Exchange (CDE) administration to project teams, manage permissions, and complete model setup in ACC BIM360 and/or ProjectWise
  • Lead and execute project coordination workflows, create federated models, condition model data as necessary, lead and execute clash detection on models, and lead BIM coordination meetings
  • Cover information management, technical support, scan-to-BIM, 4D simulation, and content creation

The ideal candidate will have experience working with BIM, multi-discipline coordination, clash detection, and issue management, as well as an advanced user of Autodesk Navisworks, Revizto, or ACC Model Coordination. They will also have experience working with the ISO19650 framework and implementing required documentation in a project environment.

A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Design Technology, or Construction Technology is required, along with 8 years of industry experience in the BIM and Digital Delivery field and previous formal multidiscipline BIM Manager Coordinator role experience.
