Decathlon Sports India is a dynamic and customer-focused organization that values data-driven decision making. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our Data and Analytics Team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a logical thinker with a strong analysis-first mindset to dissect complex problems and create structured solutions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Python and SQL, with a passion for leveraging technology to amplify analytical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a Single Point of Contact for all data repositories and develop metrics to analyze pertinent information.
  • Deep-dive into data trends to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and concerns emerging from data and highlight them to management and internal stakeholders.
  • Build data models to create reporting infrastructure and dashboards for business process management and data mining.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in data analytics.
  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, or CPG industry is a strong plus.
  • Strong knowledge in data leadership abilities and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent data analysis skills, including AWS Redshift, SQL, and Python.
  • Desired qualifications include strong oral and written communication skills and a passion for sports.
