Key Tax Research Position

The primary role of this position involves ensuring the accuracy and reliability of tax-related content while contributing to the development of thought leadership that strengthens our organization's position as a leading reference point for GCC tax professionals.

This includes reviewing, interpreting, and validating tax laws, regulations, treaties, and official guidance for publication, ensuring that the content is accurate, timely, and aligned with international standards and best practices. The position also involves drafting technical articles, case studies, and analytical notes on domestic and international tax topics, developing explanatory notes, annotations, and summaries to make complex tax provisions accessible.

Furthermore, the Senior Tax Research Analyst will assist in designing and delivering training modules (introductory to intermediate), contribute to knowledge resources such as FAQs, guides, and toolkits, and deliver internal or user-facing tax training sessions as required.

Additionally, the position requires monitoring regional tax developments, with emphasis on GCC and international tax policy, supporting the product and tech teams in curating content for AI-enabled research tools, and participating in peer review processes to uphold editorial excellence.

Qualifications include a professional qualification in Tax, Accounting, or Law, 5–7 years' experience in taxation, strong exposure to international tax concepts, exceptional research, drafting, and analytical skills, excellent English written and verbal communication skills, and a strong understanding of international tax frameworks and core tax concepts.
