Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Sales and Business Development Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales operations and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
- Manage credit effectively, ensuring timely renewals and meeting daily payment deadlines.
- Provide channel financing solutions to customers directly or indirectly sourced from the market.
- Implement strategies to enhance market penetration, increase business volumes, and drive growth.
- Oversee the entire process from prospecting to loan approval and disbursement.
