Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned hospitality design professional to lead our team as Senior Interior Design Manager. This key leadership role will oversee end-to-end design delivery for our hospitality projects, driving concept development, managing FF&E specifications, and ensuring design quality.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of AutoCAD, proficiency in SketchUp/Revit, Lumion/Enscape/V-Ray, and Photoshop, with advanced skills in MS Excel. Experience with FF&E specs, room matrices, take-offs, and specification software is also essential.

    • Oversight of design teams and management of external vendors
    • Coordination with internal stakeholders and global vendors
    • Ensuring brand compliance, drawing accuracy, and technical documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
  • 7-10+ years total experience with hospitality design portfolio (rooms + public areas)
  • 2-4+ years leading design teams and managing external vendors
  • Strong communication skills in English

Nice to Have

  • Revit-based coordination and hospitality brand rollout experience
  • Knowledge of sustainability guidelines (VOCs, lighting efficiency)

QC Effectiveness: < 2 major design-originated NCRs per phase

Cost Alignment: Meet or exceed VE savings targets

Spec Accuracy: Zero critical gaps in FF&E/specs at tender/shop drawing

Team Growth: Documented upskilling and CAD/render improvements
