Job Title: Junior Interior Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our design team as a Junior Interior Designer. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces.

About the Role:

The Junior Interior Designer will assist in creating functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces. This will involve developing design concepts, mood boards, and presentations under the guidance of senior designers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing design concepts and presenting them to clients and stakeholders
  • Preparing detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations using design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp
  • Sourcing materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories in line with project requirements and budgets
  • Conducting site visits to measure spaces, monitor progress, and ensure design implementation
  • Collaborating with vendors, contractors, and clients to support project execution
  • Maintaining project documentation, sample libraries, and design archives
  • Staying updated on design trends, sustainability practices, and emerging materials

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field
  • Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Revit (preferred)
  • Strong visual and spatial awareness
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for design aesthetics
