Interior Designer & Sales Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and client-facing Interior Designer to combine creative design skills with sales expertise. This role requires preparing compelling design proposals, estimating project costs, and converting leads into clients.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the front face of all design-related client interactions and must exhibit confidence, professionalism, and great communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Proposal Creation: Prepare customized design proposals for pitch meetings, aligning with client preferences and project scope.
  • Project Estimation: Create accurate project estimates based on approved design proposals.
  • Client Negotiation: Engage in client negotiations and drive project closures.
  • Client Representation: Act as the lead representative in client design meetings, ensuring a strong and confident presence.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless design and execution.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in interior design or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design and client-facing sales roles.
  • Skills: Proficient in preparing design proposals, estimates, and client presentations. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Appearance: Confident, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close high-value projects.
  • Design Knowledge: Knowledge of interior design trends, materials, and execution processes.
