Job Title

Responsibilities
  • Design engaging soft skills training programs for diverse audiences Assess training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
  • Facilitate workshops on communication, teamwork, leadership, and interpersonal skills Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  • Create training materials, resources, and coaching support Stay updated with the latest trends in soft skills training and development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in soft skills training or related fields Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentation and facilitation abilities Training material design and curricula proficiency Ability to assess training needs and measure effectiveness.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and coaching techniques A degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
