Senior Product Leader

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the evolution of our Salesforce platform and related business systems.

This executive will own the long-term roadmap, leveraging expertise in IT services or staffing to ensure Salesforce is continuously adapted to meet strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning post-implementation product roadmaps and managing technology investments for high-impact outcomes.
  • Developing cross-functional solutions that align Salesforce capabilities with business objectives.
  • Collaborating with leaders across multiple business units to identify inefficiencies and uncover opportunities for automation and innovation.
  • Working with technical teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Leading change management efforts to ensure adoption and understanding of platform changes.
  • Designing user experiences that elevate decision-making and reduce manual work.
  • Monitoring performance metrics to ensure platform enhancements drive measurable impact.
  • Serving as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technical implementation teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in IT services or staffing, with a proven ability to influence change and lead cross-functional business transformation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 7–12 years of experience in enterprise product leadership— ideally in an IT services or consulting firm.
  • Proven experience owning post-implementation product roadmaps and managing technology investments for high-impact outcomes.
  • Deep functional understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and related CRM tools.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn) and sales enablement ecosystems is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional business transformation initiatives and deliver scalable, ROI-driven solutions.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence without authority, collaborate across teams, and drive stakeholder engagement.
  • Expertise in assessing business needs, prioritizing platform investments, and delivering technology that accelerates performance.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Business Analyst) preferred.
