Job Title: Technical Director

We are seeking a seasoned technical professional to fill the position of Technical Director. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Genesys PureConnect and a strong background in troubleshooting, support, and maintenance of Genesys PureConnect environments.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:
