Role Description:

  • Design, develop, and maintain back-end systems while integrating AI-driven automation solutions into core business workflows.
  • Collaborate with engineers and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Document systems and ensure solutions are reliable and production-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain Python-based automation services and back-end systems.
  2. Integrate AI/ML models into workflows to optimize processes and reduce manual effort.
  3. Work with APIs, databases, and messaging systems to connect platforms.
  4. Apply OOP and software engineering best practices for scalable, maintainable code.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  6. Document systems and ensure solutions are reliable and production-ready.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Python (3.x) and OOP principles.
  • Solid back-end development experience (APIs, microservices, databases).
  • Familiarity with AI/automation frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Airflow, Celery).
  • Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
