Job Description

The Senior Order Processing Coordinator role at Tech Data Advanced Private Limited is a critical position that requires exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. This individual will serve as the primary point-of-contact for the Sales Teams, Country Operations Lead, Finance, and Logistics.

Responsibilities
  • To validate supporting documents and process Sales Orders for complex/mega deals within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Analyze issues, propose solutions, and work on error rectification in systems.
  • Mentor new/existing team members and extend support to manager/team lead on issues and inquiries.
  • Participate in process improvement projects and discussions.
  • Validate supporting documents and process complex/mega deals orders within SLA.
  • Assist team members in reducing order requests backlogs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or Supply Chain Field of Study preferred.
  • Strong data entry skills and ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Accurate and efficient recognition of important details with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to converse and write effectively in English and interact with all levels of management.
  • Strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills and ability to work under stress and pressure.
  • Independent work style with minimal supervision and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to build solid working relationships and exhibit sensitivity to others' needs and concerns.
About the Role
