Order Management Role Overview

The Order Management Professional will be responsible for processing sales orders, developing documentation, planning inventory control, and arranging product distribution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing sales orders for various sales divisions.
  • Developing documentation related to support and customer inquiries.
  • Planning and coordinating inventory control and distribution of products.
  • Solving problems related to product returns and ensuring timely communication with customers.

Additional duties may include communicating with third-party delivery services, providing information to warehouse personnel, and performing tasks as required or requested.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are seeking a candidate with 1-3 years of experience in an international process, preferably in Order Management. The ideal candidate should possess strong relationship management skills, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks, and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability.

Responsibilities and Expectations

As an Order Management Professional, the selected candidate will be expected to work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment. This includes collaborating with sales teams, logistics providers, and warehouse staff to resolve any issues that may arise during the order processing cycle.
