Privileged Access Management Consultant Role

The Privileged Access Management (PAM) Consultant is a key position within our organization, responsible for delivering comprehensive PAM solutions that meet client business requirements.

This role involves collaborating with customer personnel and the Cyderes PAM team to design, implement, and support CyberArk Privileged Access Management software in on-premises and cloud environments.

As a trusted advisor, the successful candidate will share their expertise in PAM-related topics, ensuring alignment with organizational security objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement CyberArk PAM solutions across multiple environments
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all PAM-related initiatives
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, including implementation services, sales, customer success, and marketing
  • Support pre-sales activities, such as solution demonstrations and technical assessments
  • Coordinate with CyberArk support for issue resolution, including bug fixes and escalations
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in Information Security, with a primary focus on PAM
  • Proven experience with CyberArk solutions, including EPV, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PTA, DR Vault, and pCloud
  • Strong understanding of privileged account discovery, analysis, and onboarding processes
  • Skilled in integrating CyberArk with Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, Enterprise applications, and systems
  • Experience managing CyberArk upgrades, patches, and performing regular health checks
  • CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE) or CyberArk Certified PAM Consultant (CPC) Mandatory

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Venafi, PKI, CyberArk Identity, Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM), Conjur, or Secrets Hub
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and their integration with PAM solutions
